Displaying your product couldnt be easier, you will have either made your items or bought them - either way you will be extremely passionate about making sales. Your products will sell better if you have them in catagories both on your website in a photograph form or in your shop/table at a gift fair. My products have a theme and it is shown heavily throughout my website, as i am sure you can gather I like to give my jewellery a fresh, summer feel. I really want to get across a beach vibe and make it easy for anyone to wear my jewellery. Everyone loves the summer and everyone loves being on the beach so why not look good whilst doing it! You dont need the most expensive of backgrounds to merchandise your product, as long as you have a genuine love for your work and a few props along the way - then getting people to buy your products should be easy. But remember to make things look nice - I have taken photographs of these bangles on an actual photogragh background from a magazine, cheap but effective - dont you think? This works really well for your website if you need to do your photography yourself - but remember to keep it consistant across your ranges. There are certain things around the home that can help when taking shots of your product you neednt spend a penny on making your stock look amazing! On the images to your left i have used a dressing screen and hung my jewellery randomly from it, this would look great for a fair by the side of the table (I plan to do this at my next fair) The colours work so well together as the items are so bright and the background is a pale wood colour, the contrast really compliments the product. Whenever I make a sale I attach a handmade tag that is bright and colourful just like my products, this is my personal branding which is consistant no matter what you buy from sunbatheintheshade.
