How to make turquoise dangle earrings. This style is very popular and you will
find all your friends wanting you to make a pair for them.
You can use any type of bead matched with a pearl and swarovski
crystal for sparkle and lustre. They can be made either with sterling
silver or silver plated findings but you will find the sterling
headpins easier to twist. The pair in the photo are made from
silver-plated findings and the total cost to make them would be under
£1.00.

To make turquoise dangle earrings you will need flat nose pliers, wire cutters headpins, ear wires and a curb chain 3 different lengths, plus beads.

Firstly thread bead on headpin and gently bend headpin with your finger to make a
loop the same size as the chain loop, if possible. Next insert the pin into the chain
loop and twist. Use the wire cutters to cut the wire as close to the bead and
as neatly as possible then gently squeeze the wire end with the flat nose
pliers to stop it sticking out and scratching you.

Attach the rest of beads to chains making sure to fit the same length
chain on the same pair of beads.
Attach the chain to ear wire reversing order you place chains on
earwire loop on the opposite earring. Use flat nose pliers to open
and close the earwire, take care to do this gently as this part of the earring is fragile. Make sure you close the loop securely.
