Returns & Refunds
If you request a return or refund before your order is shipped then the account from which the transaction was made will be refunded in full to the full price of the order. If the order has been shipped then instore credit will be given on the return of an undamaged card, no cash refunds will be given once the order has been shipped. Only if the card is returned undamaged will instore credit be given. Sunbathe In The Shade reserves the right to refuse a refund under unforseen circumstances.
Shipping
We will endeavor to ship every order within 2 working days of receiving the order. All orders will be sent recorded delivery and should arrive the day after they are shipped (UK only).
For the rest of the world, we will endevour to have your order to your door within 5 working days.
You may request for your goods to be shipped to a different address to the one that the credit / debit card, although Sunbathe In The Shade reserves the right to deliver only to the registered address of the credit / debit card holder.

We will never, under any circumstances, share any of your personal details with any 3rd parties.
